Kate was a perfect guide. She's very knowledgeable and articulate. She's also friendly and relaxed. She welcomed our questions and gave substantive answers. She pointed out many smaller details that we would have missed if we were there on our own. Going in through the VIP entrance gave us easy and early access to the key document exhibits (we started at 10am).

Our child-friendly private tour of the National Archives Museum with Annemarie was super fun! 🤩 Annemarie has the perfect energy for this kind of tour. She is personable, engaging, and a wonderful storyteller. She effortlessly answered questions from our 6-year-old, our 12-year-old, and the adults—making the experience interesting and accessible for everyone. We walked away having learned so much—not only about the documents themselves, but also about the motivations and inspirations of the Founding Fathers. Annemarie even brought the practical history of the archives to life, explaining everything from the materials used and how the documents were written and printed to how they are now protected and reproduced. I would absolutely recommend Annemarie to anyone interested in touring the National Archives, especially families with children!

Our guide Annemarie was great. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Well worth the money if you are very interested in the history. My husband really enjoyed it.

Maribeth was knowledgeable and had a nice disposition.

Our tour of the National Archives with Maribeth was absolutely outstanding. From the moment it began, it was clear how knowledgeable and passionate she is about the Archives and its incredible history. She brought the documents and exhibits to life with context, stories, and insights that went far beyond what you’d expect from a standard tour. What I appreciated most was that Maribeth never rushed us—she took her time to answer every question thoughtfully and ensured we could truly absorb and appreciate what we were seeing. Her enthusiasm was contagious, and she made the entire experience both educational and enjoyable. Thanks to Maribeth, this tour was one of the highlights of our trip. I can’t recommend her highly enough for anyone who wants to experience the National Archives in a meaningful, engaging, and memorable way.

Ryan was an absolutely amazing tour guide, highly recommend! Went with my family and we all learned a ton of new things. He was very sociable and a wealth of knowledge. A local himself, he truly knew everything.
