Our panda tour in Chengdu was one of the highlights of our trip! Everything was well organized, from the hotel pickup to the airport drop-off. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and spoke excellent English.
We learned a lot about the pandas and had a wonderful time at the base. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chengdu!

Hassle free airport experience
Perfect service for a very tired traveler after an 11-hour flight. I landed at Shanghai Pudong Airport and was met right after leaving the plane, with my name clearly displayed. My representative guided me through immigration , helped me with my luggage, and accompanied me through customs.
Everything was incredibly smooth and much faster than doing it on my own. The staff were friendly and professional throughout. After such a long flight, it was a huge relief not to worry about queues or finding my way around the airport. I would definitely use this service again!

A great service for peace of mind
This service, while expensive, was totally worth it for first-time travelers to China, particularly since we did not have visas and were using China's 10-day visa-free program.
The greeter met us just outside the jetway with my name on a sign. She escorted us to the proper place in passport control, and walked us through how to fill out the necessary forms for not needing a visa -- that alone was worth the price of the service.
She waited on the other side of passport control while we went through, and then escorted us to baggage claim, and waited with us until our bags arrived. She then escorted us outside of the arrival hall to our driver, who was waiting for us.
Highly recommend this service, particularly for first-time travelers to China and those who do not have a visa and are using China's 10-day visa-free program.

Everything was fast, stress-free
Highly recommend this service at Shanghai PVG airport. Everything was fast, stress-free, and well coordinated. We felt very well taken care of from the moment we landed. From touchdown to immigration, baggage collection, and meeting our driver at the arrival hall, it took roughly 35 minutes in total.
