Matera and Alberobello are amazing sites to visit. The pickup is a 5 minutes taxi drive from the Bari, Italy cruise port. Our driver Francesco took us to Matera and gave us enough time to explore and then took us to Alberobello and again provided us with some useful insights and picked us up. On our way back he did drop us close to the Bari port as per our request, so we could walk around the port and it was close enough to walk back to the cruise terminal. Francesco was polite and professional and safe driver. Thank you VIATOR & local provider DREAMS FOR TOURIST for an amazing day in Bari.

We left late even though everyone had already arrived The car was old and air conditioning barely worked. Things were broken in the car and it was very dirty inside and out. The driver barely spoke and had not much understanding of the English language Next time I will chose another company It was extremely overpriced
good morning we have two new Mercedes Vitos that we constantly clean, the drivers all speak perfect English I think you will have done this tour with another company certainly not with us, I'm sorry about your bad experience but as you can see from the reviews we have and What you wrote is impossible
Thought we payed for a guide, however it was a race to be dropped off in two different towns we knew nothing about. Should of said self guided!

Our driver Francesco was very nice and spoke great English. We chose the self guided tour and it left on time. We had a comfortable van all to ourselves. He provided good recommendations for food and gelato. Highly recommend the tour.
