The tour itself was fantastic! Our guide, Gian, was extremely knowledgeable, well-prepared, and shared so many fascinating facts with us. The itinerary is quite packed, you visit many incredible sites spread across the valley, so expect a good amount of driving time, but that’s just the nature of covering so much ground. Some stops felt a bit rushed ("touch-and-go"), but as an overview of the Sacred Valley, it was perfect. However, the pickup experience was very frustrating. Our hotel was not on the operator's dropdown list, so we selected "Not Listed" and provided our full address, but we never received a confirmation. I tried reaching out via phone, messaging, and TripAdvisor, but got no response. The day before the tour, I visited their office in person. The staff at a neighboring office kindly called the operator directly on my behalf, and they finally agreed to pick us up at our central hotel at 6:25 AM. Unfortunately, no one showed up the next morning. After waiting 40 minutes, I called again. A lady answered who didn't speak English, but she understood the situation and sent a taxi 10 minutes later to take us to the tour bus, which had already departed. It turned out another couple on the bus had also been forgotten and picked up late. If we hadn’t persistently called, we would have been left behind. That said, we do appreciate that they resolved the situation quickly once contacted, and we didn't miss out on any part of the tour.

This tour was fun and amazing! Our guide, Leni, was wonderful and knowledgeable! He was making sure we get the best view and learn the history of each place. He answers all questions you may have. He is very friendly and funny as well. Hehe! Also, i booked the one with lunch! The lunch is amazing! It was a buffet / all-you-can-eat restaurant! Lots of choices! Transportation is great as well. Thanks to our driver, Keki, for a great ride. He had to make sure we get to the area as soon as possible and detour when he see the traffic gets bad so we won’t waste time. I will 100% recommend this tour to my family and friends and to whoever was thinking of doing this tour!

Had a great time. Saw many places I wanted to see in the sacred valley in one full day. About 6am to 7:30 pm drop off. The Buffet was great also! The AC in the van didn't work well, it was uncomfortable sitting in the back for a few hours if the tour. Also about 16-18 per bus/van. Had some super rude Brazilians who lagged at every stop making us about the 5 minutes later to depart from each site. Adding up to about 20-25 minutes of wasted time. Therefore the last few sites were very rushed. But I do not believe it was our guides fault or driver. Samuel our guide did a great job and was courteous.

Excellent tour, everything perfectly organized. The guide Benito was incredible, he taught us the history of every place we went with details and a lot of knowledge, always ready to help us. The lunch was very good, the restaurant is beautiful. I recommend it.

The tour was exceptional and was very informative. We arrived early at locations and got some great views.

I will give a review of the tour itself at the end. Most of the problem was communication through the company which inconvenienced guides and other Travellers of not just one but TWO trips. It began the Saturday before our trip. A meeting for or hike got moved from Wednesday to Thursday evening. That meant we could could not go on a full day tour on Thursday. No problem. TripAdvisor gave us the option to cancel a tour within 24 hours. This was 5 days before. No problem right? We actually decided to flip the day of the tour Thursday to Wednesday (and a half-day trip from Wednesday to Thursday with a different operator, which moved over seamlessly — so it can be done.) Our understanding that we had hotel pick up. No worry if that wasn’t possible, but we never received a message telling us that there was no hotel pickup at 6:30 and that instead we needed to be at plaza de armas by 6:15. As we stood outside waiting we got a call at 6:20 telling us we were late and were we coming. So we ran as fast as we could down steep steps to Plaza de Armas. As a result the whole group started their day 20 minutes late. Ah, but the story doesn’t stop there. On THURSDAY morning, the day AFTER our trip I got the message (sent at 2:15 am) that I had to be at Plaza de Armas at 6:15 that day. When I saw it that morning, I replied that we took that trip yesterday. Then during breakfast I got a call at 6:34 from an operator and then the tour guide asking where we were and if we were still coming. I told them no, we went yesterday. So now another group started off late because this office doesn’t communicate. So I rate communication as an absolute zero. Now as for the trip itself, the guide was very good, but we tried to see too many things. The result is we didn’t have much time anywhere. I would have preferred more time at fewer stops and fewer vendors. The first demonstration about alpaca wool was interesting, but I wanted to see archaeological ruins not buy salt or silver. The guide had to leave us after the last stop at the silver shop (!) because he was scheduled for a tour the next day. No problem for us, but there were two women who expected to be dropped off at the hotel where they had been picked up. Not sure how tourists who spoke little Spanish and a driver who spoke little to no English resolved things.

A good way to hit all of the sites in the sacred valley in one day. The itinerary is a bit rushed to get to see everything on time but our guide Lenny was excellent at keeping us on schedule. Many other tours didn’t make it to the last site before it closed which made you appreciate the difficulty they were facing with the timeline.

This tour moved quickly from each spot and was efficient. No issues or complaints. If you want to spend more time at any of these places I would recommend something else, because this one moves quick, which I loved
