The GEM is a truly elite, one-of-a-kind museum. This tour is a great intro to the museum - but if you want to cover it in-depth, you’ll need days not hours. Mohamed was a great guide with lots of knowledge. He gave me a brief historic timeline, then took me to the highlights of the museum and provided deeper analysis. He also allowed time for me to explore and take pictures on my own. Pickup and drop off was easy. Communication was great - confirmed the day before directly through WhatsApp, sent a picture of my car, and gave me a heads up before pickup. Note - gimbals and meta glasses are not allowed inside. Great tour for someone like myself who wanted high-level. Communication the week before was also strong with the company, so if you wanted something specific, I imagine you could ask. I recommend this booking!
