The taxi was 20 minutes late picking us up, I had to call the office to chase up. I was told the driver was waiting at a different hotel. Not sure why. The original pickup time was 0915 hours. The driver was polite but spent another 5 minutes looking for a WiFi device which he later found behind his seat. He made 2 further stops. I was stressing as we were getting late for our flight. We arrived at the Dalaman airport just at about 1135 hours, our flight departure gate closes at 1225. We rushed through the security and luggage are and just about made it. Did not get time to have lunch. It was stressful.

There are five different hotels belonging to this chain in Marmaris. Our driver was at one of these hotels based on the information in the system, and the name mix-up occurred as a result. Immediately after our phone call with you, the vehicle was directed to the correct hotel within two minutes. To prevent such disruptions in the future, it is crucial that the reservation form clearly specifies the name of the specific hotel where you are staying, not just the hotel chain.Thank you for your feedback, and we hope to provide you with a smoother experience on your future journeys. Best transfer I've ever experienced. Very helpful and welcoming driver who drives really well and according to intention (which can normally be a problem in Turkey). Very clean and luxurious vehicle, with nice drinking. It's mega delicious and the price is really good. 10 stars from here

Such a relaxing and enjoyable vehicle to travel in with TV & music for entertainment, lots of room to spread out. I would recommend using this service for airport transfers. Pricing was very reasonable.

We booked this company again for our return to the airport because our other trip was so enjoyable and what we expected (AKA paid a premium for over an ordinary transfer). This was NOT the same experience. Vehicle had low functioning air conditioning meaning we were sweating the entire way. The driver said the wifi was an extra charge when we knew it was included and then he said it didn’t work? I wouldn’t say it was a very smooth journey either - lots of harsh breaking that could have been avoided if he wasn’t so close to traffic in front. Then when we arrived at the airport he asked us for a tip and grunted when we said no 🤣

We would like to state that no one needs to ask our drivers about our internet because the Wi-Fi code is available in the passenger compartment of our vehicles, and our guests can use our service as they wish. However, when traveling from Marmaris to Dalaman, Wi-Fi and mobile data will not work when passing through military zones because radar systems prevent it. You can find detailed information on Google. Also, after the internet connection is interrupted, you need to disconnect and reconnect the hotspot, so we may need to be a little more understanding in this situation. You also mentioned the driver braking; our vehicles are equipped with cameras and speed control, and our vehicles cannot exceed 90 km/h. Of course, our drivers may brake suddenly; after all, pedestrians or other vehicles may appear in front of them in traffic, we consider these to be things that happen in traffic. We got picked up on time and all luggage was put into the vehicle by the driver. We set off promptly and even with 1 stop at the garage for a short break reached the airport in just over 1hour. WiFi worked great, vehicle was clean & tidy. Options for bottled water and to choose channel on TV. We had 5 adults all tall adults so only small down fall is slightly cramped on the 3 seater - but overall we would use this service again.
