Picked up an hour earlier and got back an hour later than tour listed. Did not respond to questions prior to tour about timing as well. Guide shared almost no info and would disappear for longer than the group was told at stops leading to waiting in the heat outside a locked van. The desert was beautiful but the price too high for just the drive
Had a great tour with Viktor to see the Valley of Fire State Park, as he was very knowledgeable and accommodating! It was unfortunate our group could not see Fire Wave and White Dome due to the park closing them during the summer months and extreme heat. However, Viktor made the best out of the situation for our group, and we were able to see other areas of the park. Would definitely recommend this tour during cooler months!!
Great tour! Wish we knew White Domes and Fire Wave were closed during the summers (until 10/1), as these were the two things we most wanted to see. We were told we WOULD be seeing them, but the trails and parking had been closed all summer and on the date of our tour (late September). If we had taken the tour in October/November, it absolutely would have been worth every penny! It is worth verifying with the park itself that the things you want to see are open before booking the tour. Viktor was great. Ice cold water relatively available, always ready to take a picture for you, and kept a balance of keeping us on task, but not feeling rushed. He mixed up some of the facts over the course of the tour, but this was less important than the overall vibe of the tour itself, which was great! Would 100% recommend to others NOT in the summer.
If you want to see the wave and canyon don't go before October. We went in September and they were off limits because it was too hot. Still thoroughly enjoyed the trip and guide Troy was informative and friendly.
Although our guide was very knowledgeable, I don’t believe the tour was worth the price that was charged.
Be aware that the tour itinerary, inclusions, and options are clearly described at the time of booking. The Skywalk is an optional upgrade unless specifically purchased, and the Hoover Dam portion is an overlook/photo stop, not a museum tour. Also, please be aware that lunch was not included in the package you booked. However, we provided lunch at no additional charge as a courtesy to our guests. Regarding the duration, return times are estimates and can vary depending on traffic, group timing, and conditions throughout the day. Rest and meal stops are provided for the comfort of all passengers during a long excursion. We’re sorry that the experience did not meet your expectations, but the tour was provided and completed as scheduled. For this reason, we’re sorry, but dissatisfaction with the experience is not a reason for us to issue a full refund.
Excellent tour and tour guide. Guide was very professional and nice. Enough timing at all the right spots.
Well organized trip. Luis was an excellent driver and photographer! The points that he took us to were beautiful, and it was such an interesting view of the desert. It was pretty hot and the ac had a hard time keeping up so it got a little gamey in the packed minibus. Overall, good trip.
Franco is awesome. Fantastic guide, very accommodating with our questions, he asked and made sure everyone is ok entire time before we go to next activity. We did tours with many companies every-time we are here in Vegas and We did Valley Of Fire booked through TripAdvisor trip date 9/17/26. 5 stars all the way to Franco. We hope to get Franco again next year for our next excursions
