Great service from Viator -- had to contact them in the middle of the night after a flight cancellation would make us miss our scheduled transfer. They contacted the transfer company to ask them to let us use the transfer reservation the next day without additional charge. The company agreed. We really appreciate Viator's help in changing a reservation.

I booked this transfer while in the US prior to arrival in Helsinki. It was super easy. The driver waited at the arrival hall and helped with our bags. The supplier was responsive to questions and very communicative. Great intro to Finland.
Absolutely shocking experience with this operator. Delayed in passport control after landing in Helsinki, and terse commentary from the operator requesting additional money for waiting. I would have been pleased to discuss this with him once we got our bags, but he cancelled the trip. Money gone and no transport.
Dear Sir! Free waiting time, as specified in our booking policy, is 45 minutes after the plane lands. Our driver monitors incoming flights and always arrives at the airport according to the actual landing time — whether the flight is early or delayed. In this case, the driver got in touch with the passenger upon arrival and was informed that the passenger would be delayed. The driver explained that any additional waiting time beyond the 45-minute complimentary window would require extra payment, and asked the passenger to confirm acceptance. The passenger replied that it was “not their problem.” At that point, 1 hour and 20 minutes had passed since the plane landed, and the passenger had neither exited the terminal nor confirmed payment for additional waiting. The driver therefore left the airport, as unlimited waiting time is not possible. In case the customer is not sure that he will be on time, he should book special pick-up time, for example 1,5 hours after landing.
The driver was on time, the car was well kept and clean, driver was friendly and respected our quiet time on the ride at 4AM. We arrived safe, relaxed and early for our flight.

I used this company four times during our trip to Norway, Finland and Sweden. Konstantin was our driver and was *always* early to get us and very polite. The flexibility of this company was super helpful as well, as our original flight back to the US was cancelled and we had to stay an extra day. They graciously picked us up at 4 am instead of 11 am as we had previously planned. Highly recommend - car was clean with plenty of room for the two of us.
