This was just OK. Our guide took us to all the major sites of interest, though we spent far too much time at the public library. Our driver spoke better English and was quite personable. We also went to some free museum and looked at old photographs of Helsinki, which was not useful. Overall, our group was not really impressed with the city.

We are, however, sorry to hear that the tour did not fully meet your expectations, particularly regarding the guiding experience.
We would like to note that our guide is a highly experienced (7 years) and professional specialist with extensive knowledge of Helsinki’s history, culture, architecture, and local heritage. During the tour, the guide carefully considered the interests and preferences of the group of your friends as a whole and adjusted the programme accordingly(including requested toilet stops), aiming to provide a balanced and informative introduction to the city.
We understand that the choice of certain stops and the amount of time spent at them is, to some extent, a matter of personal preference. What is interesting and valuable for one traveller may not necessarily appeal to another. We are therefore sorry that some of the places included in the itinerary, such as the library (20 min) and the museum (15 min) , did not correspond to your group’s expectations.
That said, we truly appreciate your feedback. It is important for us to understand different perspectives and to continue improving how we tailor our experiences to individual groups.
We hope that, despite these reservations, you were able to take away some pleasant memories from your time in Helsinki, and we would be delighted to have the opportunity to provide you with a more enjoyable experience in the future.

A Perfect Day Exploring Helsinki’s Architecture, Design, and Culture with Olga
Our tour of Helsinki with Olga was absolutely incredible. From the moment we began, she tailored the day perfectly to fit our large group and our shared interest in Helsinki’s unique architecture and design. Her knowledge was outstanding—not only did she provide fascinating history and details at every stop, but she also brought the city to life with stories and insights we never would have discovered on our own.
Olga did an amazing job balancing the needs of a larger group while keeping the experience personal, engaging, and fun. She made sure we saw the most beautiful and interesting parts of the city, with a special focus on the architecture and design that make Helsinki so unique.
She also went above and beyond to make sure we experienced the local culture, including making sure we had the chance to try reindeer and local licorice! It was such a thoughtful touch and made the day even more memorable.
If you are visiting Helsinki, I cannot recommend Olga highly enough. She made our day truly special and unforgettable.

Great tour
Really enjoyed this tour. Guide was super easy to talk to and clearly knows Helsinki well, didn't feel like a rehearsed script. We hit all the main spots but it never felt rushed. Snacks and water were a nice touch too. Genuinely one of those tours where you actually come away having learned something. Would recommend.

Helsinki city tour
Amazing 3-hour tour in Helsinki
Our guide was a true local expert — very knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly passionate about the city. The stories were both informative and fun, which made the time fly by.
Big thanks to the driver as well — smooth, safe driving and a very clean, comfortable car.
We especially loved discovering not only the main sights but also some hidden local spots.

Wonderful Helsinki Day with Great Guide
Our guide Erich his driver Viktor were amazing! We had a last minute change in our cruise itinerary and were blessed to book this tour with Erich with only 24 hours notice. His knowledge of Helsinki was exceptional and he made every effort to show us all the highlights and make and our day exceptional. Best way to see Helsinki if you only have one day
We just had one day in Helsinki before heading north. We wanted to make the best use of our time and we did with Olga as our guide. And some of our group had physical limitations so we didn’t want to walk for miles on the cobblestones. If you have more time and don’t mind wandering around, you can see the city on your own, but a guided tour is very efficient and it met our needs.

Helsinki in a day
We really enjoyed our private tour of Helsinki. Our tour guide, Olga was amazing as was our driver Alex. Olga was so knowledgeable about the history and culture of Helsinki and we were able to see so much in a short 4 hour tour. Olga was very fun to be around for the day and she offered us many ideas for things to do during the rest of our stay in Helsinki. We highly recommend this tour!
