This was a great whale watch. We saw several sperm whales and two different kinds of dolphins. The boat was steady and got us close to the water which I liked better than being on the bigger boats. The driver was excellent at maneuvering to get the best views. Our guide was very knowledgeable and was so excited whenever we saw an animal. She made it so exciting and special! I felt they were respectful to the animals and not chasing them around. I would highly recommend this tour.

Lovely guide but needs some more experience with bird id. She misquoted two bird species. Yet, how’re you going to sed pelagic birds otherwise?
We had a great time, seeing 4 species of marine wildlife. Even a sleeping Spermwhale we saw on the tour! Laura was an excellent guide with a huge amount of knowledge about the wildlife

That's great! The guide was a very passionate Austrian girl who does this work from the heart and guided us with an initial presentation and then... we saw many whales and dolphins! To do!

When we get there, we are told that the excuse will be in English (while we have booked in Portuguese), answer: they cannot guarantee the language (so why make people choose)! We pay the same price as Anglophones for a trip where we will not understand anything. After a complaint, we get a guide who speaks English and Portuguese. When they reach the boat, it does not light up. We are made to wait 1h05 to finally tell us that the excursion is cancelled and that we will only be refunded in the next few days! We paid 60 € of taxis and they barely apologize and refund absolutely nothing or find any solution other than to come back again at our expense!!!! A shame!!!! The sense of commerce, they know absolutely not!!!!
It's been a 10 year experience! The tour is very complete and fun, and the staff is extraordinary, I would repeat it without a doubt! Thank you very much for the experience, especially Ingrid, Alex, Erika and Captain Edmundo, who are amazing professionals.

Our guide (Sona?) was incredibly knowledgeable and personable. Great views of the Cory’s Shearwater and a few other species.
