The food tour was great! We went right from the airport and it was a great introduction into the food of Munich.

This was one of our favorite experiences during our trip to Munich. The food was delicious and we learned so much about the city. This was my first time on a private food tour and I loved the personalized feel and being able to ask tons of questions. Kevin was our guide and he was great!

Liam Hogan provided an awesome experience for us on our anniversary. The historical stories, food, and beer were perfect. We experienced plenty of variety of each. He also took us to some hideaway places that would never have found on our own.

Had an amazing time on this food tour with Iain! From start to finish, the experience was incredible. Iain was super knowledgeable, not just about the food itself, but also the history and stories behind the places we visited. You could tell right away how passionate they are about local culture and cuisine, which made everything even more enjoyable. Every stop on the tour was unique, and the food was absolutely delicious. I loved learning about how different traditions and ingredients came together to shape the local dishes. I walked away full, happy, and having learned a ton. Honestly, it was worth every penny and 10/10 would recommend to anyone visiting the area or just looking to experience something authentic and memorable!

Daniel gave my son and I a great walking tour all over Marienplatz and surrounding area! We had so many delicious food tastings, beer and liquor. He also gave us a great history chat and so many terrific tips for the rest of our trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our food tour with Noel, who was well scripted and prepared for our tour. Noel ensured that we sampled a nice variety of Bavarian foods, while educating us on Munich’s history and culture.

We got to experience several different tastes and the culture behind it as well as the historical significance of some of the places we stopped.

Liam was an excellent guide. He tmexplained some history of the city and the places we visited, the types of local foods he was introducing us to. We ended up leaving with a pile of food, since we generally have small stomachs and we couldn't keep up with the food offerings! He picked a few quieter places, allowing us to ask questions about Munich and food. Note: almost all our guides for our trip had issues with trains stopping and being late. Train maintenance in Germany seems to be an issue. We had Whatsapp, so communicating to find each other was very handy.

Patrick was an amazing guide. He gave us great history lesson of the area, as well as taking us to tasty, out of the way places that a tourist would not normally know about. Additionally, he created a picnic from the various stalls at the viktualienmarkt and pointed out other activities for later days. I highly recommend Fork and Walk Tours Munich and Patrick is awesome…ask for him by name and you won’t regret it.

The guide doesn't always follow the places listed on the website. Helpful history tips and interesting food sampling. Not sure if it is worth the high price though.
