Nathan was an outstanding guide for a spectacular and enjoyable tour. The pickup was a little tricky since I did not know where to go once I got to the destination address. To Nathan's credit, he updated the material on the website so that it now directs guests to walk up behind the Folie Douce hotel - exactly! The bike, an e-mountaing bike, was new and very solid. The battery power was more than I needed and there was capacity to spare. The route went up the valley above Chamonix and Nathan tailored the ride to my own capabilities. I chose to avoid the steeper climbs and stick to the road a bit more, which worked out well for me and was fine with him. We had some amazing views, a fun conversation and a water stop featuring glacial meltwater - all fun and enjoyable! I got some good exercise! I would recommend this tour without qualification even for a less experienced mountain biker like myself. I would do it again in a heartbeat!

We had an incredible tour with our guide Audrey. Audrey was wonderful! She was extremely knowledgeable about the Chamonix area and e-mountain biking and gave us a lovely tour that was very scenic and also challenging for our first e-mountain biking experience. We got to ride trails to see many great views of the mountains, rivers and valley and visited a few quaint villages. I would highly recommend this experience. Thank you Audrey!!!!

Eric is a wonderful instructor I had a super fun time exploring the mountains and learning about their history. Would recommend this to nature lovers 100 percent.

We had Nathan as our instructor this morning and me, my brother and dad all had an amazing experience. We covered 30 km of trails and paths starting in Chamonix. Nathan was great at changing the routes to fit our abilities and listened to our comments on what ground we’d like to cover. The E bikes were in great condition and had different settings, basically to change how much help you got from the engine. Highly recommend!! (Nearly forgot - my brother had a flat tire and Nathan fixed it within minutes).

I took my daughter 15 and my son 16 on this three hour electric mountain bike ride. A truly magical experience and a day we will never forget. The views and the general scenery are out of this world. The mountain biking varies from basic tarmac to fairly challenging tree roots, rocks, bridges etc. The electric bikes are very good quality and the guide was very good. I would highly recommend.

We had a group of 7 riders. All had a fantastic time. Highly recommend to anyone with a little courage and desire for some outdoor fun. Bikes were awesome. Great guide.

Nice places, and the guide gave us lots of nice tips. The trip was Well adapter to our level of biking. Would definetly recommend!

Late 40s and regular runner, not a biker but can ride a bike. 3 hours with Nathan and my first time on an e-bike was a memorable experience. Just the right amount of challenge, good patience and flexibility from Nathan. The highlight of my trip. Try it!

Awesome day for my teens with Nathan. He took great care of them and they loved the ride. Views were spectacular and it was one of our highlights this vacation.

Amazing trip out with Eric which covered 35k over 3 hours. The e bikes do most of the work so the distance doesn’t feel that far. We covered some stunning scenery with a few bumps along the way. I wouldn’t change anything. Thanks Eric 👌🏻
