Very good, nice driver. Not sure why the company scheduled us for such an early pickup though. We could have gone an hour and a half later and had plenty of time. Other than that, good service, nice car, good driving. I can’t do anything.
Dear Cheryl, thank you for your feedback! We’ll review scheduling to improve. Glad you enjoyed the service and our driver’s professionalism! We hope to assist you with future trips worldwide
Marcus was a courteous and professional driver. Prompt at the curb right outside my door! Thank you-Amy

Very reliable service. We had to change the pickup time due to a flight delay. The service was quickly responsive and the driver was there right on time. We needed a large van to fit our family and luggage and the vehicle was as promised. Highly recommend this service.

We had a pick up time of 0600 at the hotel waited until 0620 and they were a no show. Since there was a change of hotels, I had sent them the change 3 days before pick up this was acknowledged by the tour operator. Had to take 2 taxis to get to the airport.
Hello Lawrence, we really apologize you for this inconvenience, we had already full refunded your payment. Regards.
Driver punctual, helpful and polite Van large, roomy, clean and very comfortable - would highly recommend
