Amazing tour. Got to go around the entire canal. But the tour guide Juliano was fantastic. Provided a lot of historical context on the sights around the city. He also was very funny which made the tour fly by. If you get Juliano you’re going to have a great tour.
Our guide was superb. Very knowledgeable about Venice and very humorous.

Elena was an incredible guide, so knowledgeable and funny! The views were so beautiful, and we loved our trip.
We had a walking and grand canal boat trip tour. Viator gave us a very non specific meeting place. St Marks square Venice. We were there at 2:30 for a 3 pm tour. It was so nonspecific the I had to request more info. I was told to meet out side the doge palace. At 3 pm. We did that at 3/15 no rep, no call, no email (why ask for this info if u don’t use it?????). At 3:20 I called your customer service I was told “ a women with a green glass would meet us under the portico tjo the entrance of the doge palace. We waited and no one showed. I called customer service again and this person ( after waiting on hold for 10 minutes) told me the address in the square was #52. This we ran to and it was the famous Florian coffee shop. ( that would have been an easy original meeting spot) FINALLY I recieved a call the the guide was running toward us. The museum they had been waiting for us was the mused Correr in the very far corner of st marks square ( would have been another easy DETAILED meeting spot!!! I asked Viator for the number of the guide several times and was told “we are not allowed to give out the number” I gues. You must be the middleman? Well u screwed us up! We missed the first 1/2 hour of the tour. Luckily the boat waited for us. They were very nice but you were incompetent. I want some money back!!!!
Meeting up was a bit slower than expected as we were looking for a green bag carrying guide not yellow However once it got started the tour was great and our guide Nico was Excellant! You can walk the streets of Venice but nothing beats seeing it from the water!
Loved the tour. Loved the tour guide. Everything was as advertised. Meeting place could be better. We left part of our group at the dock and the tour operator said they MUST come to the entrance of the museum. We walked everyone to the entrance only to turn around and go back to the exact same dock everyone had been waiting at.
Michele had great energy! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed our trip and learned so much. I would highly recommend this tour and specifically Michele.
Such a fun & unique way to learn about Venice as a first timer! Our tour guide, Denise, was amazing, kind, and super informative. She answered all of our questions and gave us many recommendations.
