Happy that place exists…,because i missed my early morning flight…, i bought the locker online for a few hours…, but the code wasnt sent to me. Quite stressful. Thanks to SOS button, i could call them and ask for the code. Was quite embarassing, because i had to ask a few people to leave the place for hearing the code from the owner. Not so professional. Sorry. Btw, i didnt received the code until today. So, Please make sure that you are sending the code to other clients! We dont want to pay twice! And i think that your goal?

We arrived to the luggage storage to find note stating be back soon Returned from coffee shop. It was 15 euros 3 hours or 21 24 hrs he takes luggage and gives bar code no customer service just automated robot like whe we returned we wanted to pay together to be told no had to be separate Otherwise great location secure and assessing

This storage was easy. Found a site near our lodging and stored luggage for the day! Simple and practical solution! I would use again.

Very easy drop off and pick up process. Hotel staff was very friendly! The hotel location is tucked away deep inside the town so not the quickest to get to as I had expected. So give yourself ample time to get to and from! Also no sign is on the outside of the hotel so it’s not the easiest to find.

Very practical, the lockers are large and easy to use. The staff is available and very kind! The location of the premises is perfect.

Our hotel was a little out of the way and on the day of departure we preferred to leave our luggage somewhere closer to the center and thus save time. The site offers several options and it was easy to book and pay. The service offers a guarantee and the possibility of canceling with a refund. We chose a hotel and everything was quick and easy. The storage I used was very easy to use and 2 minutes away from where I was staying. Stasher sent me clear instructions where to go and what to do. The place I used (in the Cannaregio district of Venice) had self-service lockers and I could access them any time I wanted during the day (I stored my luggage for a day until I could check in to my acccomodations) This place had lockers big enough to fit a suitcase. My 2 carry-ons fit into a single locker (this may not apply to all storage locations).
