This was a transfer from the cruise ship port to the airport in Venice. Our driver was pleasant, the vehicle was clean and nice, but she arrived 35 minutes late, making our check in at the airport a bit tight. I waited 10 minutes past our pickup time to contact the tour operator. Both the operator and driver were responsive after I reached out.
The driver arrived 15 minutes before scheduled, which was great because our cruise disembarkation was very quick. He verified our destination and also handled our luggage. At the airport the driver made sure we knew which door to use to find our checkin desk. A very good experience.
We mistakenly put in the wrong port for pick up, and this company was exceptional at adjusting and grabbing us somewhere more than two hours further away. They were on time, the van was clean, and everybody arrived where they needed to!

I booked two transfers, one from Venice airport to the cruise terminal and then a return ten days later. For both transfers our driver was waiting with a sign and had texted me to confirm they were there. The cars were clean and the drivers were friendly. Would definately recommend.
drive was nice, early and spoke english. sprinter van was clean and we got to our cruise ship in Fusina with no problems.
The service was very good, in a busy environment the communication was good, the driver very courteous and the transfer hassle free.
