This is a well run operation. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. We rented e-bikes for the day. Toured around Stanley park and Granville island. We had an issue with one bike at the beginning of our day and they rode a bike to us to replace. Easy to lock and walk. Also used the bike valet in Granville for free. A must. Had a delicious meal there too. Bike lanes are easy to use along the sea wall and in town. A must while in Vancouver. Thank you for a fabulous sunny day.

A great way to see Vancouver by bike.
The people in the shop are very friendly, super helpful and enthusiastic. They had out bikes ready and set up for us before we got there. The equipment was perfect. No issues at all. We had a great ride all day.

Excellent bikes but mixed customer service
Mixed experience on arrival. We had to wait 20 minutes for our pre booked bikes ,behind walk in bookings deciding what they were doing. The friendly Indian man was excellent ( sorry we didn’t catch his name) He provided insight into our route that gave us a great experience. The young lady that handed the bikes over needed some training. Overall we would recommend as the e-bikes were of an excellent standard and quality. The price was also reasonable.

Great bikes and uncomplicated rental
We rented bikes from Cycle City Tours And Bike Rentals for our stay in Vancouver and were completely satisfied. Of course, that is our own personal opinion, but for us, the bike rental worked really well.
The bikes were in good condition and were perfectly suited for our tour through Vancouver and Stanley Park. The on-site process was also uncomplicated and professional. The staff was friendly, helpful, and supported us well in choosing the right bikes.
We found it especially pleasant that everything went quickly and easily and we could start riding right away. This allowed us to explore Vancouver in a very relaxed way on our own and we were much more flexible than with public transport.
From our personal point of view, we can therefore absolutely recommend Cycle City Tours And Bike Rentals.

Cycling in Vancouver - a MUST!!
Cycling in Vancouver is highly recommended and safe!
The ride with the e-bike through Stanley Park and to Granville Island was great. The bikes were in very good condition!
The handover as well as the return were uncomplicated and consumer-friendly.
We would definitely rent a bike again.

Very pleasant half-day on electric bikes
We had rented electric bikes for a half-day. Perfect for touring Stanley Park. The city is very pleasant for cycling. The welcome was warm and the bikes were of very good quality. I recommend it if you are staying in Downtown!

Great staff and equipment
Excellent experience. The staff was friendly and explained use of the ebikes very clearly.
The bike routes were easy to follow from the store to Stanley Park and beyond.
