The driver and I were in constant communication. When our plane landed, he let us know where he would pick us up, his license number, etc. He helped with the luggage and it was a smooth ride to our hotel. Our driver was very personable and helpful and he shared his knowledge of the area.
Friendly, prompt and courteous! Driver used excellent communication and adjusted his arrival to our late flight.

Overall it was an excellent experience. Libo and the team took previous feedback to heart and were in constant communication with me prior to the pickup. My flight was running late and Libo showed flexibility to pick me up. He gave excellent instructions to get to the pickup area. If you're coming to Vancouver for the first time, and don't want to use an international plan, be aware that the airport wifi does extend to the pickup zone so you can continue to text. Libo also used text now as the main method of communication rather than e-mail, which made things a bit easier. Would highly recommend and consider using again on my next trip to Vancouver.

Charlie , our driver, was waiting outside for us. He gave us a video to show us the convenient pick up point. Very friendly & we shared interesting travel stories on the way to our harbor-side hotel.

It was a good price for our transportation from YVR to the Marriott Pinnacle. The driver was very professional and we felt safe and comfortable with his driving during the 30 minute trip.

They did not show. When called they had never heard of me. When I called Viator they said you were only a middle man and you could do nothing. I cancelled all future rides with you
