Lovely greeting
We were picked up by Simran at the airport and she was very kind and welcoming, shown us to the pick up point and stayed us until our transfer arrived. She also gave us information and contact for transfers while we’re here. Lovely lady.

Disappointed
The car was superb! The driver left us on the street where the homeless live at the back and we had to wheel our luggage to our hotel. Hotel stuff told us they know to drive to the front entrance of the hotel where we would be greeted by staff and porters.
事業者からの返答
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are pleased that you liked the vehicle, but we take your concern seriously. After reviewing this case, it appears the driver stopped at the location provided on the booking. Some hotels in Barcelona have restricted or blocked front-entrance access depending on traffic, events, or municipal rules, and drivers must follow the allowed drop-off points for safety and legal compliance. That said, you should not have been left in an unsuitable area, and we are addressing this internally to ensure the correct hotel entrance is always used whenever accessible. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and we are committed to improving the experience for future guests. — Royal Falcon Limousine S.L.
