Caesar - Tour guide was very friendly and explained everything very clearly. Brought us around the whole area, and let us have time to enjoy the views. Would definitely do this again with him as a tour guide. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed the experience, our guide Jordan was very attentive throughout and we really enjoyed the tour. We will definitely come back and recommend friends and acquaintances to live this experience
The experience was great, the person who gave us the service on the skybike called Alejandra and one of her companions treated us super well they did great and made it nice and entertaining, however, the treatment after that was horrible, we did not have a guide assigned h the photos were not in time, also the only ones they showed us were badly taken and super expensive, they came out better if we took them with our cell phones which cannot be possible because you have to pay more to be able to do it A scam the cost of photos (bad) and not let you take photos with your cell phone great way to ruin a great experience

Nos alegra muchísimo saber que Alejandra y su compañera hicieron que tu recorrido en SkyBike fuera divertido y ameno. 🌵 Al mismo tiempo, entendemos completamente tu molestia con la organización después de la actividad y con el tema de las fotografías. No tener un guía asignado y recibir fotos tarde o con mala calidad no es el servicio que queremos brindar, y de verdad queremos revisar qué pasó ese día. Solo para comentarte, en los tours grupales no se permiten celulares por motivos de seguridad, ya que son actividades al aire libre que requieren atención en todo momento. Aun así, el servicio de fotografías es totalmente opcional, por lo que lo que mencionas sobre la calidad y el costo es muy importante y lo revisaremos con el equipoSi nos ayudas compartiendo tu nombre completo y número de reserva al correo community@cactustours.com podremos investigar por qué no se asignó un guía y qué ocurrió con tus fotografías. Parental experiences, bring suitable clothes, come well hydrated and with lots of money because there is cost of photos, cost of insurance, cost of tequila, cost of everything they can sell you. Very well earned tips the staff is excellent. David Paz is an excellent guide!!! Very friendly, with very good talk and you feel super safe.
