We completely understand how frustrating it is to have plans change, especially when you've been looking forward to the experience. As soon as our mechanical department informed us that the UTVs could not be operated safely, we immediately contacted all affected guests. While we know the short notice was far from ideal, we would never compromise on the safety of our guests by operating vehicles that did not meet our safety standards. All of our UTV tours are driver-guided, and guests do not drive the vehicles themselves. This is clearly stated on our website and in the detailed information sent to all guests the day before the tour. In addition, the tour price covers all listed inclusions. At the final stop at Kokomo Beach, there is a free shower available, and beach seating is provided. Any additional rentals on-site are the choice of the customer and are not required. We also note that during the tour, you chose to continue after these details were explained and confirmed. We strive to be transparent and provide a complete experience, and we stand by the accuracy of the information we share with all guests. We wish you all the best in your future travels.
