Greg was a wonderful tour guide. Very knowledgeable. Maid of the Mist was fun, but a very short boat ride. Cave of the Winds was fun. Plan to get wet.

Seeing the falls up close is definitely something that everyone coming to visit should experience. Highly recommend.

Nathaniel was our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and got us to everything we wanted to see. Without him we would not of known where to see everything.

We were first time visitors and this tour was fantastic.. we got a great overall view of the falls and ideas for further exploration.

We went Friday morning before Labor Day weekend, and wanted to do both the Maid boat and Cave of the Winds. All we had to do was show up at 10, Niagara Regional via Viator guide Greg took care of tickets and timing.at a reasonable pace. He enjoyed answering questions about waterfall and rapids history and water management. He said he’d answer ehat he could about the Canada side, but focused on the American side. He gave a great tour of the state park, dropped us off for the boat ride, then walked us over to Goat Island for the Cave sttraction. Both were our favorites, followed by views from Luna Island over Bridal Veil falls (a quick staircase away), views Terrapin and Prospect Points, and a wuick drive out to Whirpool state park to see whirpools and the aerocar going over them. We enjoyed the Canadian side also (the movie and Skylon tower), but Maid and Cave gave uou that little bit of a thrill. If you have kids, Greg engages the kids and manages their energy during the walking portion. If the walking is too much, there’s a point where Greg offers people the option of continuing to Goat Island over the pedestrian bridge (wild class 6 rapids views) or taking the $5 (for the whole day) trolley to meet us there at Cave. We walked and went all over (west and south ends of) Goat Island, then took the trolley back to the state park. If you go to the American side, yes, the town is a little tired and past it’s prime, but we spent all our waking hours in the beautiful state park (same designer as Central Park NYC) by the rapids and falls and on Goat Island. Favorite views … railing and observation tower at Prospect Point, observation area on Luna Island (one staircase away from Goat island). The Luna Island overlooks the drama of Bridal Veil fallls and is wet at the edge, with plumes of rising mist. Three Sisters on the south side, also a couple quick footbridges away from Goat. View from Whirlpool state park over gorge. Full view of horseshoe Falls on the Canadian side with a close second being the 70% view from Terrapin Oiint in Goat Island.

Nate was an awesome tour guide. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I've never met the other tour guides but I hope that they're like him. 👍

It was awesome felt like we moved to the front of the line every time. Viator makes it easy had a great time.

Fun, and must do activity if it’s your first time visiting Niagara Falls. I would recommend doing the maid of the mist and cave of the winds tour to get the ultimate experience. It takes about 4 hours for both tours but completely worth it!
