Tripadvisor scam
Very bad experience with Tripadvisor re-Universal Studios Singapore. Big scam. USS ticket on very last night before the day of USS visit. No chance to review USS ticket. only to find that USS ticket will not allow entrance. Just a meal voucher. It was a scam. Don't fall for it.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely regret the misunderstanding regarding your booking.
We would like to clarify that there are four different package options available for this product:
1-Day Ticket + SGD 10 Meal/Retail Voucher
SGD 25 Meal Voucher
SGD 10 Meal/Retail Voucher
1-Day Admission Ticket
According to the booking selection, the package chosen was the SGD 10 Meal/Retail Voucher option, which does not include admission to Universal Studios Singapore. As per the selected option, the corresponding voucher was provided.
We kindly encourage travelers to carefully review the selected package inclusions before confirming a booking, as multiple ticket types are available for the same attraction.
We apologize for the disappointment caused by this misunderstanding and appreciate your feedback.
Small park but reasonably priced and a great day out!
We spent a great day at Universal Studios Singapore, the park is pretty small but has plenty to do for a one day experience.
We opted to purchase the Express Pass (1 use per ride) to maximise our time there. The total cost of entry including the Express Pass was around £111 each which we thought was fairly reasonable for the Universal brand experience.
The park wasn’t that busy but the Express Pass still got us on everything that much quicker we were able to get on everything and still have plenty of time to take in the sights, shops and food whilst still giving time to re-ride some attractions without the pass later.
As mentioned above, the park is small and only offers around 5 of what we would consider rides of high interest to adults. But the quality is high and there are other rides & shows that are still worth your time.
Our only complaint was the somewhat over zealous safety regulations that meant you couldn’t even carry your phone in your pocket on some rides and had to be stored in a locker. Our local theme park has several far more intense rides and no such action is required.
My advice would be if your budget can stretch get the Express Pass but it’s definitely not essential. We attended on a Tuesday in June during the school holidays and queue times ranged from 30 to 10 minutes.

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback on your visit to Universal Studios Singapore!
We’re thrilled to hear you had a fantastic day and found the park to be enjoyable and well-suited for a one-day adventure. It's great that the Express Pass helped you maximize your experience and still left time to soak in the atmosphere, enjoy some food, and revisit your favorite rides.
We appreciate your insight about the size and ride selection — while the park may be more compact, we’re glad you found the quality of attractions and shows to be worthwhile. We also take note of your comments regarding safety regulations; guest safety is our top priority, but we understand the need to balance it with convenience, and we’ll pass your thoughts along to the relevant teams.
Thank you again for your visit and helpful advice for future guests. We hope to welcome you again soon for more exciting adventures!
