Thr vistor providor is a scam. They sent us initially only the barcode and not the qr code so we could not entet. We waited after arriving to universal studios untill you send us the qr codem very bad experience

We’re sorry, but calling us a scam is unfair, especially since you confirmed that we sent the tickets. Our policy is to send admission tickets within 24 hours before the experience. If there was any delay, you could have contacted us and we would have assisted you immediately and offered appropriate compensation.

Had a really good time
the park was amazing and there is so much to do inside
ticket worked fine and we entered without any problem
some rides had long waiting but overall it was a great day

Barcode Tickets / QR Code Tickets
What a terrible start to our visit to Universal Studios Singapore!
We purchased our tickets online that morning through Viator, a TripAdvisor company, only to arrive at the gates and discover that our tickets were not accepted because they had been issued in barcode format rather than the required QR code format.
This resulted in us having to speak with customer service at the entrance, followed by a frustrating 40-minute phone call to Viator in Sydney, who eventually had to reissue our tickets.
Not exactly the smooth start to our Universal Studios experience that we had expected!
Possibly barcode & QR codes need to be accepted at the gates or Viator needs to issue QR Codes.

Good but crowded
Very good day at Universal Studios. Be careful, the park is not very big so it gets overwhelmed with people very quickly. In the morning, it was fine, but in the afternoon most of the attractions had a wait time of around 80 minutes.

Don’t buy these tickets, they don’t work, buy them at the park
The viator ticket didn’t work because it was a barcode, not a QR code. The staff at the park tried to help but couldn’t. I got in touch with the Viator chat who tried to contact the tour operator, no luck. They offered a full refund and I had to buy the tickets again at the park. It was a disappointing start to the day and a waste of one hour outside the park

USS Day Trip as a Singaporean Tourist
Admission to the USS and the rides was seamless
Sufficient fans for ventilation in the afternoon when it got a bit warm.
Stayed for the parade at 7pm while having steak for dinner was a great experience

Great Day at Universal Studios Singapore
I had a fun time at Universal Studios Singapore. The park is clean and well-organized, with exciting rides like Transformers and Jurassic Park.
Some rides had long waits or were closed, but overall it was a great experience. I’d rate it 4/5 and recommend visiting!

Thrilling Adventure at Universal Studios Singapore

The rides and attractions are exciting, well-maintained, and cater to all ages.
Highlights include the Transformers ride, Jurassic Park Rapids Adventure, and the Hollywood zone for great photo ops.
The park is clean, organized, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
