ガリポリの歴史的中心部にある地下のオリーブオイルミル博物館をご覧ください。 地元の石に彫られたこれらの古代の空間は、パレス・グラナフェイの一部で、2つの歴史的建造物の下、約200平方メートルにわたっています。 17世紀 - 19世紀に軟らかい石灰岩で発掘された部屋に降り、オリーブオイル生産に用いられた石臼、プレス機、貯蔵ピットなど、オリジナルおよび再構築された設備を展示。 オリーブの製粉、圧搾、取引の過程を音声ガイドで解説し、16世紀からオリーブ油の基幹港として、調理、照明、工業用にヨーロッパ中に石油を輸出してきたガリポリの役割を強調しています。 15 - 30分程度の短い魅力的なツアーで、伝統的な手法や歴史について学ぶことができます。 その後、7～8種類の地元のエクストラバージンオリーブオイルのテイスティングと、タラッリや揚げ広豆などの軽食、オプションで18+のハーブリキュールをお楽しみください。 この体験は、ユニークな地中海の物語を求める歴史、文化、食の愛好家にアピールします。

Not what you expect from a tour. We arrived at the store, there were 8 bowls of olive oil. Without explanation we could taste. Then you will be “dropped” at the olive mill just down the street and that was it. In short, even the meagre €15 p.p. Not worth it!

As mentioned, it is not a guided tour, but our host provides explanations in English during the tasting. We understand that it did not meet your expectations and appreciate your input.
