Because bookings made through third-party platforms like TripAdvisor are managed externally, real-time operational updates do not always sync immediately to those platforms, which unfortunately led to the miscommunication before your arrival. Additionally, because your reservation was processed through TripAdvisor, any pricing adjustments, disputes, or refund requests regarding your original ticket price must be handled directly with TripAdvisor customer support on the page where you made the booking, as they hold the payment details. We truly regret that your day fell short of expectations, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us push for better communication channels with our third-party partners.
