Thank goodness for Norman who was working on the on off section at North Greenwich. He was so helpful after we were given the wrong information by members of staff at the top of the Entrance.

Wet day out to the Cutty Sark
This was our first trip on the Uber boat, from the London Eye to the Cutty Sark on September 8th. We are not that “tech” savvy and without being able to purchase tickets at a face to face kiosk we were guided through the tap on tap off procedures, not realising we needed different payment cards😱 On our return, having purchased 2 tickets from a machine this time, we arrived at the boat with only the one ticket. It was pouring down with rain and didn’t realise we had just one ticket and a receipt! This was all very stressful and thought we were going to miss the train home. However… Malkeet saved the day. His understanding and helpfulness was outstanding. A real credit to the company and we look forward to returning.

Cruise yes, staff that we had NO!
Pleasant crossing, boat ok. A very good way to see some of London's gems in a more relaxed way. On the other hand, the boarding staff: a disaster! First we arrive, we are told that the boat that is there is going to leave and that we are too late, but that the next one is arriving in 30 minutes, so far so good. 15 minutes later, we arrive, a boat is indeed there. 2 other colleagues tell us that we are too late... the boat is going to leave! And when we explain that he told us 30 minutes 1/4h ago, we are told that we must have made a mistake. And when the lady who had previously told us 30 minutes arrives and we explain it to her; she tells us dryly that we shouldn't arrive at the last minute... 15 minutes ago!! And then they were laughing at us openly! Unacceptable!!

Professional and Friendly staff
Uber boat was super easy to navigate. Boat was on time all the staff on the docks and boat were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional including Norman who was at the Embankment dock.

Always a pleasure to travel by uber boats
Travelled from Canary Wharf to Embankment and back with an elderly friend who is using a walking aid. Norman helped us at the Embankment pier , was very cheerful and attentive. Polite and helpful staff on the boat too.

Lovely travel by Uber Boat
There is a wonderful option when I come to London: taking a quick trip on the Uber Boat. It’s extremely convenient and such a lovely way to travel instead of taking the Underground. I love the river views, the helpful staff and the relaxed atmosphere. Norman was also a lovely and helpful member of staff. I really enjoyed the trip and would definitely recommend it!
