Jayce was a wonderful storyteller and overall guide. He was respectful and funny and made the city come to life with his words. He paints an immersive picture of the gruesome denver history and I truly was spooked near some of the houses. 5/5 would recommend the tour but Jayce specifically.

Every town we travel to we always go on a ghost tour and this one might be the best one we have ever been on. Heather was our guide and was the best! She carried an EMF reader with her so you can watch it change and go crazy at different houses. Besides the ghost stories about the places her knowledge of the history of the places was very interesting. I would definitely do this tour again when we visit Denver.
