Always a great experience. Friendly staff and the treatments are simply excellent
I recommend this experience if you stay in Hurghada (in the city), whaen I stayed in Makadi Bay they did not come to take us to the massage ans spa parlor.
We really enjoyed it; the massage was superb. There was no stress. I can only recommend it further. I have booked two more times.
A really great Hamman, very friendly staff. The care and applications were really recommended. The transfer in a brand new Changan and a driver named Ahmed who takes you safely and well from to the hotel.
Super turkish hammam, massage was great and the rest also , were already the second time there and will come back on the next hurghada holiday. All in all top and 1000% recommended
Our pickup, which was included in the price, was forgotten. At pickup time came a WhatsApp where we were. I should send a picture of the hotel. No reaction after that. After waiting 30 minutes I have written to the provider, even since no reaction. Then our security representative from the hotel got involved and called. After 60 minutes finally pick up from the hotel. Upon arrival at Clepatra Spa, there was tea. Then we went to change (advantage to other spas in Hurghada you keep your key from the locker) then we went to the sauna. There it was quite noisy in the vestibule, I was so not used to this spa and the staff were very stressed. When we came out of the sauna it was quiet and we went to the steam bath from there to the jacuzzi. We were left in there for quite a long time. We got the feeling that somehow everything was double booked. After 30 minutes in the jacuzzi (where we were sold drinks and fish fun) we finally head to Haman. As always, it was good there, it always varies from employee to employee. The whole body massage afterwards lasted 60 minutes and was very good
We were there the 4th time. We no longer want to book another hammam, were always disappointed with others, not here at all. We will come back. 👍🏻👍🏻
My partner and I had 3 very nice hours with a complete wellness package. We would be happy to come back on our next visit.
Nice experience, driver was on time, it was clean and relaxing. Friendly staff. Sauna, steambath, scrub, facemask and massage all were well.
Again a very nice experience, but the timing was not optimal this time. We had a lot of waiting time.
