真のアドレナリンを目覚めさせ、カルリッチ家が 3 世代にわたってトリュフを狩ってきたモトヴン近くの小さな村、パラディーニを訪れてください。モトヴンの森でトリュフを探索するユニークな冒険であるトリュフ狩りを体験してください。最初はカルリッチ家によって作られ、世界中の多くの訪問者がすでに楽しんでいます。 3時間の冒険には、イストリアのトリュフとその歴史についての短い教育、トリュフとカルリッチ家の地元の製品を使った伝統的なイストリア料理の試飲、最も絶妙な銃口であるトリュフ犬を伴うイストリアの緑のオアシスでのトリュフ狩りが含まれます。昼のトリュフハントに加えて、トリュフのテイスティングから始まる夜のトリュフハントも体験できます。さらに、すべての訪問者は、クロアチアで最初のトリュフ博物館を訪れる機会があります。

Very nice experience to learn more, or anything at all, about truffles. Absolutely competent and lovely introduction. Great hunt with Armin. Three truffles found! Afterwards, a super lunch in the very tasteful restaurant/cooking studio. 5-star recommendation.
It was a great experience! To see the dogs sniffing for truffles was so mesmerizing! Armin and Bela were great! Area is beautiful, Karlić grounds are beautifully decorated and it’s great to watch them prepare truffles for you. We will do it again for sure.
Truffle hunt was very lively with Gica done a great job. The scrambled eggs, the pasta with truffles and even the desserts were tasty. Great experience.
Anyone vacationing in Istria should not miss out on the topic of truffles. The truffle hunt with a subsequent tasting at Karlic Tartufi was amusing, educational, and delicious 😀 Great how people, animals, and nature work together here... we would do it again immediately. Have fun!
It was a great tour that combines food and nature! Approx. We were out for 1h with 2 dogs and it was exciting to look for the truffles and all our questions were answered by the guide Benjamin. The lunch menu was simply wonderful with a top view and everyone is super nice. Simply a great day!
Amazing experience, went here with kids and they did such a charming authentic job with amazing food, yes it's expensive but totally worth and the kids had fun too - totally recommendable!!
Wonderful introduction to and taste of the truffles of Istria. Knowledgable guide and fabulous chef guiding you through using truffles in simple but exquisite dishes.
This business has been in the Karlic family for a long time, founded by Mr. Ivan, and now run by his children Ivan and Ivana helped by the latter’s husband (not named Ivan). A most friendly team. Extremely interesting tour in beautiful setting. You will learn a lot about truffles, and have a delicious lunch. The shop sells all sorts of truffle-related products and other Croatian products (liquor, etc). Not cheap but unusual.
Very interesting family run tour finding about truffles and how they are found. Food we ate afterwards was wonderful - highly recommend. Probably going to spend a lot in the shop now! Bit of a walk on loose ground if you are unsteady on your feet. The dogs are wonderful!
