Visiting the Paine Tower National Park was one of the experiences we will carry with us forever, and this was made possible mainly thanks to Jhon. From the first moment he proved to be an exceptional guide: competent, passionate and incredibly attentive to every detail. He quickly learned the names of the whole group (17 people), and exposed his knowledge of the park making us feel completely immersed in the wilderness. We spotted and photographed closely: guanaco and condor as well as beautiful landscapes. I highly recommend Jhon and Jorge as escorts for those who want to visit the Paine park and the Cueva del Milodon.

They are quite punctual with the schedules, the guide was friendly and was quite knowledgeable about the history, flora and fauna of the area. to this is added that they make stops in case of watching animals to be able to photograph them. In addition to being picked up at the door of your accommodation and dropped off, there is also the option of being dropped off at the home port. (In some cases it seems you may be dropped off at the bus terminal)

We take the transfer to the Grey Lake hotel for navigation. The transfer driver was in a hurry, we got off to show the tickets to CONAF asked us to get in the VAN quickly without being able to take pictures or go to the bathroom! On the way back the tickets stated that it would be at 17:00, so I booked a lunch at the Hotel of Grey Lake, we were sitting and we saw that the driver was gathering the people of the transfer to return to Natales, in short we had to eat in a hurry and returned at 14:30 without giving us explanations! Lousy Service not fulfilling the stipulated!

We did the Full Day Torres del Paine with Alex and Gabriela as guides who brought us all their knowledge of the different places within the Park with sympathy and proximity. Vehicle in very good condition, punctuality and excellent experience.
