Our driver was on time, waiting with the sign with my name. He helped us with our luggage, was very friendly, and we had a very pleasant drive to our hotel.
Rodrigo was fantastic. Our flight landed early and he was already there waiting for us at the airport. On the drive to Puerto Varas, he was telling us about the area, sharing really interesting information (like salmon being a large agricultural product), restaurants to go to (he was spot on for each one), and overall a fantastic person to talk to. The ride was smooth and he was a very safe driver. Would 100% use this company again.
Never showed up! Waited almost an hour and called customer service. No one would ever answer! Do not use!
Driver was waiting for us on exit from the airport. The van was spacious and clean the driver was very friendly and helped us practice our Spanish on our way to Puerto Varas. Wonderful transport.
