No one showed at airport to pick up. I had to call an uber. No response on chat when trying to reach out.
Have your info readily available after disembarking the plane because things are a little hectic when in another country where there is not much English and you don’t speak, Mandarin.
Driver was on time and got me to the hotel quickly and efficiently. I will use them again in the future.

The driver was punctual and dropped us off at our destination without any problems. Price of $38 extra so rhat car could accommodate 4 pieces of luggage and driver would meet us at cruise terminal was not wartendes. $230 for 45 min. Ride or less seems excessive.
I will not be booking a pick up again. Although we paid to be picked up at a cruise terminal, we ended up taking a taxi to the hotel. It cost us $120.00.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced during your recent ride , we checked this case seriously, Firstly, the booking we received is from Yokohama Cruise Terminal, 大さん橋客船ターミナル to Tokyo, when we confirmed the specific drop off address with you, you confirmed it is Daikoku Pier, so we confirmed this booking as: from 大さん橋客船ターミナル to Daikoku Pier. And you also replied us it is correct. While on the travel day, we were informed by the driver you need deaprt from Daikoku Pier. And you left by taxi. There is some misunderstandings for this booking, you gave us the wrong pick up port when make the booking, and when we confirmed the drop off address with you, you gave us the pick up address. That's why caused no pick up. There are several piers for Yokohama Port, next time please kindly double checked it. We extend our sincerest apologies. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we assure you that we will take this opportunity to enhance our service quality.Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and hope for your understanding in this matter.
