Car never showed up. Said it broke down and they had no backup then hung up on me. Would not recommend.

Corey was very understanding when our flight was delayed coming from Atlanta to Tampa. He waited for me and my mom until 2:00am and made sure we safely made it to our hotel in Tampa. He was very nice and set us at ease being in an unfamiliar city. We arrived safely and set sail on our cruise the next day. I will definitely use Viator again for transportation! Didn't show. Had to get an Uber instead. Horrible to get in from almost 10 hours of flights and not be able to find the transfer service anywhere at the airport.
