Shameful. We tried to catch the train, coming on purpose from Benatae. We called on multiple occasions and no one answers the phone. The website says to head directly there to catch the train. We killed time at a bar waiting an hour and a half until 6 o'clock, and to our surprise, the man who helped us told us very rudely that we hadn't tried to contact them and that we have to wait until 8 o'clock. We tell him politely that it is not the information offered on the website and that we do not think it is right, to which the man starts to raise his voice and tell us to speak to him properly. We ask him for the complaint form and he tells us that he sees it as unfair because we just arrived and have not made an effort to contact him. As I said, unacceptable.
It was spectacular, very entertaining, with a lot of information and dynamic. It is clear that they know what they are talking about. The guide we had was perfect. Recommended

We booked the visit to Baeza. We really liked it, especially the guide who accompanied us. It provided us with many artistic, historical data, and ended with gastronomic data. He even played us ambient music of the time to put us in a situation. Great, we'd repeat. The visit extended longer than expected, because it adapted to our walking pace, and it didn’t get much longer.
