The places visited, spectacular!! The food was very good, the atmosphere, the guide, the timing... I liked everything a lot. Recommended!!
The WORST agency. They never picked us up at the place they themselves indicated with a maps link. The despotic guide told us it was our problem and hung up the phone on us, despite having confirmed the address the same day. And the agency's WhatsApp ignored the matter. Do not trust the links they send, you will lose a day of travel. I am attaching how the guide confirms the address, only to later hang up the phone saying it was our problem not to be where we "should" have been.

Excellent experience, the visits were great, the visit to the rock is out of this world, the picturesque little town of Guatape is a unique experience, Steven is very knowledgeable and a charming person.
