ニューヨークナイトツアー：TopView®によるオープントップバスツアー

Enjoyed the day time bus tour! Waiting a long time for the night time bus tour to get started but excited to see different areas of the town.

We booked and paid for the live narration 8pm night tour and instead were put on the 8:30 audio tour which was a joke. It was the audio for a hop on hop off bus, which this was not, so we kept hearing the welcome aboard message over and over. The narration was often out of sync with where we were and most of the tour was just music and commentary. The attitude of the guy in charge when I said I had paid for the live narration tour was we don’t have that tonight and I just work here and contact customer service if you aren’t happy. To make matters worse, although the sky was clear when we boarded, the seats were filled of puddles from earlier rain. I couldn’t believe they hadn’t dried them off before loading the bus. I do not recommend this company.

The tour was amazing! Been to the city a couple of times but never seen the city from this view. I will be doing it again.

The description of tour said live guide. But it was a recording the recorded guiding was not keeping up with the bus. It was very disappointing,

Purchased a 48-hour pass for this bus on the same day the Knicks parade was going on although we were at the other end of the city. The site took our money but no bus ever came. no note on the website. Tried to contact them but nobody answers the phone and no response via email or text. waited over an hour. caught the bus the next day. the headphone system doesn't work so we couldn't hear the guide. ok ride. not sure it's the greatest company.

I would definitely NOT recommend TopView Bus Tours based on our recent experience in New York City. Within just five hours, we had to change buses three different times. * The first bus change was because we were told the streets were “too congested.” * The second bus broke down completely. * The third bus driver unexpectedly stopped the route, announced he was “done for the day,” and said the bus was “heading back to the shop,” leaving passengers to find another bus or walk. We spent far more time waiting and switching buses than actually enjoying the tour. It was frustrating, disorganized, and a poor use of our limited time in New York City. If you’re looking for a reliable hop-on, hop-off sightseeing experience, I would recommend looking at other companies.
