Wonderful experience.

Hello, We had booked for 3 days with the cruise. It was great. I recommend it, thank you again. They were all kind. We forgot our bag on the bus, but we were able to retrieve it with all our belongings inside. Excellent service. We loved the moments spent on the bus. Thank you to the entire team.

Disappointed as not in line with what was announced

The tour is interesting and it is very convenient to get off and back on the bus to visit the different places on foot. However, we took the cruise that announced explanations in French but everything was in English. The person making the comments seemed very funny in his anecdotes but we were not able to take full advantage of them not speaking fluent English. We also took the tour "by night" but the departure is at 7:30 pm, it is daylight and even at the end of the tour it is still daylight... Very disappointed because we expected to see London light up and in fact we did almost the same tour as day. You should think about staggering the hours according to the seasons.

Very poor service provided.

My partner and I visited London for 3 days the beginning of April 2026. We experienced a very poor and confusing website and app. The app does not have the maps and bus stops on, you have to use the website. The bus stops show the 1st bus usually around 8:30am and the last bus shows anywhere between 13:30 & 14:30 when you click on the bus stop. Yet in the FAQ'S that states they run to 8pm!! We paid for a 48 Hr service £64 which started from 3am when their service starts at 8:30ish so why didn't it start at that time so we lost out there. The London lights tour on the website states 1st bus 5:30pm. We spoke with one of their agents at Haymarket and he said that they run every 30 mins upto 7:30pm. We decided to catch the 7pm bus as it was darker then because 5:30pm it's still light. However we came back to the bus stop at Haymarket, the bus came in at around 7:20pm and said that there is only 1 bus which starts at 5:30pm. Conflicting information from their own staff. I have sent a message through their website complaining and had no response. I cannot find an email address to email them directly (no proof of email chain) just to summarise the 3 day trip we only got the Thames River cruise out of what we paid for which was superb as one of the crew was giving a guided tour of the  history of the buildings as we sailed down the Thames, he was very knowledgeable and superb, the people on the boat enjoyed it. The boat wasn't to overcrowded and had a great atmosphere, which was ran by a independent company. As we had other venues to attend, going from their website all the buses stopped just after midday. So we didn't catch a bus or see all the passes we had paid for. There wasn't even anything on their website to how often the buses ran ie every 20 mins or longer.   Very poor website, very poor information, no customer service.

Be prepared for

I purchased the 96 hour pass for a Fri - Mon in late March. It included the river tour, night tour, and the two walking tours. Of note, their app is only good to display the QR codes; oddly it does not have a map or real-time display of where the buses are. It exists as the bus stop sales people have apps on their phone (if you can find them) that have this information; they just don't make it available to the customers. Day 1: Late start so we found the stop by Trafalgar Square around noon and did the red tour. The tour part was via headphone and was fine. I had show tickets so this was really just an orientation. There was one driver change which added a few minutes but it went smoothly. Day 2: The website showed the first bus for the blue tour was ~ 9:45 and we were on by 10:30. It became quickly apparent they were not following the route as they went up the east side of Hyde Park. Traffic in the country's worst circle meant cost us over an hour. Then the driver announced a driver change but there was no replacement driver. We could wait for one to show up or take the bus a few minutes behind us. However, that bus was doing the blue tour west route; there is no such thing on the site. We took it because that was actually the route on the site. However, back through the circle. Another bus driver change and we make the loop back at 5:30 so no night tour. Day 3: We made the first bus by ~10 and took the blue to get near Kensington Palace. Again, the blue route was split in two. The circle was clear today and made it in uder 20 minutes, yeah. We got off and walked for several hours. Around 3 we started looking for the nearest bus stop only to discover we had already missed the last bus. We had to take the underground back to make the night tour. The "night" tour left well before dusk and return right at dusk so there was much looking into the sun. That night is is when I noticed walking tour timings meant you either had to find your own way there or back, but you couldn't do both using their bus. The same was true for the river cruise. Day 4: Wasted money as didn't bother as the times didn't match opening/closing times of any attractions so we walked/tubed. Buyer beware, check the first bus/last bus times. It may be op on/off, but it only runs 4-5 hours (when I was there). Did it meet my expectations? No, not even close. The core issue is they run for so few hours the hop on/off isn't that realistic. If it ran 9-6 instead of essentially 10 to 2 or 3 I would have given it five stars. Perhaps in the summer . . .

Disappointed and Lost Time

This was the worst experience. The app is very unhelpful. Does not have a gps to indicate where you are on the map and the bus stops are extremely difficult to find. Then you don’t even know when the next bus is going to arrive. We wasted a lot of time waiting for the buses and just simply locating the stops. I will certainly not be using this company as my next hop on/off experience.

Only the walking tour with James is recommended

I can only give the provider one star, the route of the buses is confusing as the buses run in different directions. We wanted to do the night tour that we had also booked, when we then waited at the stop at the time indicated on the website has not come a bus. Only when looking at the app did it become apparent that the time on the website was not correct. The seller who sold us the tour allegedly made us a good offer with a 50% discount after I didn't say yes right away. On the website of the provider you can book the tour with a 57% discount. The seller should also earn something understandable. But if he sells the tour at full price, you can feel it as a rip-off. Why I still give a three star rating is James, he was our guide for the walking tours and he was great, 5 stars for James :)

Don't touch it!!

Unfortunately, it's a total failure. The homepage said the buses leave every 15 minutes. The blue tour ran every 60 minutes and was divided into 2 individual tours, which completely confused the schedule. The red tour every 40 minutes and different than indicated in the plan. The drivers knew nothing, were no help and rude. The app only worked semi. We did not find a current timetable. Nobody answers my question by email either. The audio output only worked sometimes and in addition to that there were some French announcements on the German tape. Unfortunately, we didn't learn anything about London and lost a lot of time on that. Too bad!

Others are better.

Buses very unreliable, often run shortcuts and some stops do not serve. In the app only insufficient info. Next time I'll take BigBus or TooT Bus.

Waste of Money

The stops are not clearly marked. We never could get on a blue bus as they were all at least an hour apart and then ending before 3pm. Waste of money. Map is terrible. Needs an interactive online map. The app is not helpful as the times and locations are not correct either. The boat tour was nice.

Cold snowy day in London

I love the idea of hop-on-hop off. They hit the highlights of London. You have to get off the bus to actually see Buckingham palace. The parks and palace loop I think is better if you're planning on getting off places. I didn't see a whole lot for most of the driving part. I really enjoyed the riverboat cruise. It was frigid and snowing my tour day. The boat was warm and served food/drinks and had bathrooms. They leave about every 40 minutes. Part of the bus loop was closed (stops 9-14). It was not on their site or app. I waited 40+ minutes at stop 11 until I finally walked to 17 (where I knew I'd seen buses the day before). Windows were all very dirty, so you had to go up top in the open air section for good pictures and views. Cold and seats were wet. Even downstairs, the bus wasn't very warm. However when I needed to thaw out a little, downstairs in the very back (over where the engine is) was the warmest spot. This particular company does not have a live app to show your location or to show where buses are located. That would have been a huge help, as I just missed pickup several times. I did not like that workers were smoking. I was sitting up top smelling them puffing away right below us at a couple stops. I felt this was pretty unprofessional.
