Very satisfied journey with them
This was a nice transportation service offered from airport. Our flight was late and the delay at immigration was ridiculous. We were about 1.5 hours later than we estimated but they still waited for us. I was most impressed. I wish it was a little easier to understand how to locate the driver. However, once I called the company, they were extremely quick to help me and ensure I got picked up.

SCARY
Book a car to transport for my daughter from Hanoi to HaLong Bay. Driver was talking and VIDEO recording while driving, smoking in the car and spoke very little english. Driver also pulled over on the highway to talk on his phone, in the dark which also was very scary for our daughter. This car was booked through Viator but "subleased" to another company. While they were very accommodating to adjusting for an error on booking dates we would never book again.
