I want to say this has exceeded my expectations for the what we thought our day would entail. Every place Shahzaid took us was breathtaking. My family and I had a great time.

Ali was a great guide who provided a smooth and comfortable ride to many of the area’s most important and interesting sites around Mt. Fuji. He was kind, punctual, knowledgeable, and accommodating, adapting the itinerary to our requests and preferred style of sightseeing. Overall, he made the day easy and enjoyable.

We had a great experience today at Mount Fuji with our Guide Ali, we went to the pagoda with 450 steps and the view from there was just amazing. We went there early because our Guide recommended and it was the best choice after that we went to Oishi Park we really liked the smell of the fresh flowers with the beautiful view of the lake. Overall, it was a beautiful day. I would recommend this Tour company to everyone specially with this guy he made our whole day very special.

Faiq was super friendly and knew what the best activities and timings were for our family to have a great day at Mt Fuji. It was hot and he suggested water activities and to get on the road early to avoid the worst heat, crowds and traffic congestion. Recommended!

We reserved this tour in advance with great expectations but were disappointed. Hassan was in charge of our “tour”,which was really just transportation, he arrived late for traffic issues as he refers, he never explained anything to us. He has limited English skills and speaks very quietly; he seemed inexperienced and is really only cut out to be a driver. We had the bad luck of running into traffic; I think it would have been better to take the train, which takes only two hours, whereas we spent three and a half hours each way. The guide refused to take us to the planned route due to time constraints and traffic (which wasn't our fault); we wanted the classic photo at the Chureito Pagoda, but he didn't take us there. After visiting Japan with high hopes and enduring a 22-hour journey to get here from our country , the least he could do is stick to the itinerary. We couldn't see Mt. Fuji due to the weather, but we at least wanted to experience the area and its iconic spots. We went to the lake area for lunch, but because we were short on time, we only had an hour—leaving no time to explore the area or the shops—and then he rushed us to see a pond that had a shop selling only food products. It was a wasted day; I don't recommend it. Take the train.

Faiq was a great guide who spoke English. He suggested a 5.30am pickup which was excellent advice as we missed the traffic and crowds at the stops. Had plenty of time to experience and explore the different stops getting some great views of Mt Fuji and other sites. He was on time for pickup and the van was comfortable for 5 people. We booked late the night prior with no issues experienced. Great service and highly recommended.

Our guide, Mr. Faiq was very attentive and focused on giving us the best Mt. Fuji experience. His expertise helped us optimize our day. Very positive experience and would certainly recommend to others.

Faiq was a fantastic driver, knew all of the spots and had great advice on what to do. We had a great time and got out of the city!

We had an amazing tour of Mount Fuji and nearby gardens, villages, and shrines wifh our driver Ali. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. We were able to customize our tour to spend two hours hiking on Mount Fuji from 5th Station. The weather was socked in with clouds, fog, and drizzle, so we never actually saw the summit. But it was lovely.
