Our guide was Takako. Prior to the tour she reached out to understand our interests and types of things we wanted to see. She plotted out a great tour and provide history and insights along the way. Recommend, A+!

If I could give Yuki (Yukino Shiraga) more than five stars, I absolutely would! Yuki was amazing from beginning to end. She met us right near our Airbnb and immediately made my family and me feel comfortable and welcomed. This was our first full day in Japan, and having Yuki with us made such a difference. Instead of feeling overwhelmed trying to navigate a new country, we were able to relax, explore Tokyo, learn, and truly enjoy the experience. She took us to so many wonderful places and took the time to share information about Japanese culture, history, traditions, transportation, and everyday life. She was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but what stood out to me most was how genuinely kind, patient, respectful, and sweet she was. Throughout the day, Yuki made sure everyone in our family was comfortable and doing well. We never felt rushed. She answered our questions, helped us navigate the city, and took photos of us throughout the day so that we could all be included in our family memories. She even surprised us with a small bag of Japanese treats, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture. After the tour, she sent us the photos she had taken along with the sweetest message wishing my family continued happiness and safety. Those little touches meant so much to me and showed that she genuinely cared about our experience. What makes Yuki so special is that she never made us feel like we were simply another tour group on her schedule. She made the entire experience feel personal. By the end of the day, it honestly felt like we had spent the day exploring Tokyo with a friend. We took this tour with Kenji. Kenji was so nice to hang with, he is very friendly and answered all our questions. He show us some places I haven’t had the time or even I didn’t even know about where near Shinjuku and Shibuya. Kenji also recommend us a really good and cheap sushi restaurant to eat after the tour. Thank you.

It is hard to even know what to say because of how amazing it was. At the start of the day, I felt worried and confused (about being so far from home {and the train system}), but by the end, I feel comfortable about this far land, all because of our tour guide. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. As a history buff with the knowledge of an amateur anthropologist, this guide was perfect and he answered my many questions (both about what we were seeing and deeper questions about Japanese culture/society). The sites seen were also amazing, though one was largely about a television show that I believe is only really known by Japanese audiences (we saw where that show was filmed), but the filming locations were worth it themselves and the added information on the filming only added more interest to the area. Overall, I greatly enjoyed what I experienced today and would highly recommend it to others.

Sho was an excellent guide! We had a four-hour walking tour of Tokyo, and every minute was enjoyable and productive. He was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely a wonderful person. He made us feel comfortable throughout the tour and helped us make the most of our time. We highly recommend him!

I only had a stopover in Tokyo, but Rumi made sure I got to see as much as possible of the city within that time. Our main visits were at Sensoji Temple and Meiji Shrine. Rumi brilliantly explained a brief history of Japan as well as the differences between Shinto shrines and Buddhist temples. On top of these two amazing sights, Rumi also ensured to stop at Ginza and Harajuku for a walk through so that I was able to see more areas of the city. No one can do a city in only one day, but Rumi made sure to show me the best highlights. I look forward to my next visit to Japan, so that I can give the country the time that it deserves!

I can only say my tour guide Izumi was really super good. He is very knowledgeable about the history and also about the current situation in Japan. Izumi is very communicative and can portray history very vividly, furthermore he addresses individual wishes very well and gives helpful tips. Many thanks Izumi for very entertaining and informative hours 😊

Sammy did a wonderful job on our tour, we really enjoyed his stories and explanations. There were 8 of us, 2 families, with kids ranging from 1-13 and Sammy was able to include us all and slow down when needed. It's not a "kids tour", but a good one if you want something that could work for everyone.
