although we booked for 2, the capacity was 3-4. we had another person to travel with us and the driver would not take the person, first said yes and then no. there was room in the car!

Thank you for your feedback.
We would like to clarify that the reservation was confirmed for 2 passengers only. While the vehicle may have had additional seats available, the extra person was not part of the booking and was a stranger to the reservation. In addition, they requested to travel to a different location, which changes the agreed route and mileage.
For insurance and liability reasons, our drivers are not permitted to transport unregistered passengers or change destinations without an updated booking. If changes are needed, we are always happy to assist when requested in advance through our office.

Transportation from Tel Aviv Airport
Emil, driver, was very professional and nice.. Got us to our accommodations safely and quickly. He also gave us recommendations on directions to areas in Tel Aviv city center.
