Absolutely to way to go in Tel Aviv. Wish there was a service from the airport TO other city hotels.

For the amount I paid, I expected a nice private car, but got a taxi sent to my hotel. I could have done this myself and save at least 50% of the cost. On the bright side, the agent towards the end was communicative and helped me get translate webpages and get covid tested before my flight.
Dear Anoop_M, We have accommodated your request to advance the time of pick up and agreed to to take you from a location in Tel Aviv instead of the one you have originally booked in Jerusalem. This was the nearest car we had in the area (which was a new RAV- 4 SUV model 2022 ). to make it on time for your last minute request. We have ensured you arrive to the airport safely on time. Per your request our driver also took you to a Covid test location on the way to the airport and waited for you at no extra charge. We went above and beyond to meet your last minute requests. We are proud of our service and flexibility.
We booked an airport transfer from Jerusalem to Ben Gurion airport as it was Saturday and I wasn't sure how readily available taxis would be. I'm very happy we did as it was seamless. Our driver arrived right on time and took us right to the airport (45 min trip). It was effortless and helped to take some of the stress out of travelling.

I've used this service before. Pick-up was on time. The driver asked what airline I replied "Israel Airlines" so he dropped me off at terminal 3... should have been terminal 1. I took the airport shuttle to terminal 1. My advice, make sure what terminal your flight is out of. I will use this service again.
