We really enjoyed the tour, our guide was nice, knowledgeable. The free drink is a 10 min walk away from the end of the tour, fyi. The guide also seemed to think the tour was "free" and all he got was the tip, although we paid over $70 for the tour for 4 adults and 2 children, before the tip, so I'm not sure about that.

The tour itself was five stars with Raf; however, when I booked this with Tripadvisor I was charged $40+ CND to then find out on the tour that this was a free walking tour that is funded by tips at the end of the tour to the guide. Tripadvisor is totally taking advantage here and I’d like to know where my money went because I’m assuming it’s not to the guide or anything to do with the guide. Therefore paying Tripadvisor to send an email to the guide company on my behalf saying I want to attend seems ridiculous. Definitely take this tour but do not book through Tripadvisor.

Our tour guide was knowledgeable, engaging, attentive, and humorous. The tour was an excellent introduction to the city and its welcoming people.

When I booked for the time page that suits us....nothing tells me that the ride would be explained in foreign language. . And so we were surprised. We found ourselves in the middle of a group whose interlocutor did not speak French but English so the walk for us taught us nothing about history .. except to see the monuments that were present. So very disappointed with it.. Well it's not the commentator's fault but we could have had a report that this one was in foreign language Very very disappointed 😒

Very well delivered history and local information. The guide was enthusiastic and helpful. A good foundation for further exploration

The guide knows more about funny stories and anecdotes than history. We had more information looking at our phone and the Internet than listening to it. No interest

The guide Kaz very friendly, patient with the tourists and showed the main sights of the city. I recommend!!!

Absolutely fantastic walking tour of Bordeaux! The guide was knowledgeable, engaging, and brought the city’s history to life with great stories and insights. We saw all the key landmarks and learned things we’d never find in a guidebook. A perfect mix of culture, history, and fun—highly recommended!

The tour was great and our guide Caz was very knowledgeable. He provided lots of background history for the sites that we visited, and was very willing to help out with local tips of what else to see and do whilst in Bordeaux.

We took this tour with Marion, she led us an on a great adventure though Bordeaux. Nice group size and great history lesson. We even had a free glass of champagne offered to us at the end of the tour.
