Great experience. Company reached out to me before I arrived to let me know my drivers name and that she would have a sign with may name. She was waiting on my before I cleared customs. She was polite and very helpful

I am blind; I communicated it with the airport and was assigned a Guide that I expect 15 minutes before my arrival at the first access of the airport, I was accompanied throughout the process while on my return it was the same accompaniment, only it seems to me that you do not have a suitable area to wait private Uber type transport and you have to cross the road which can be dangerous.

Very spacious boarding rooms, direct access to the US by CBX, the Volaris Airport staff in Tijuana, very professional, attentive to our needs.
