We had a memorable experience and trip in Zhanghiahie with my family. Our guide Sunny was great, she was knowledgeable about the region, the sights, plus super nice and with a great sense of service. She masters english well so that's definitely a plus to interact with your guide and make sure we learned everything Zhangjiajie had to offer. If you want to book this tour, my family and i really recommend Sunny as she contributed greatly to make our Zhangjiajie trip amazing, memorable and fun. Thank you Sunny !
We booked the Tianmen Mountain and Zhangjiajie Park (Avatar Mountain) Private Day Tour with the cable car and Bailong Elevator options added. It was one of the highlights of our trip to China. From the very first message, Nina was incredibly responsive, clear, and helpful with all the details and options, and everything was organized perfectly. She was also incredibly attentive, even providing snacks and drinks along the way, and shared great local expertise pointing out the best spots for photos and recommending which drone photography vendor offered the better combination of location and price. Nina, our private tour guide, arrived right on time at our hotel. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the whole day felt relaxed and private no rushing, just exactly what we wanted. Zhangjiajie Park was stunning, and far less crowded than we expected. Having the flexibility with the options made a big difference we had plenty of time to take in the views, ride the Bailong Elevator, and enjoy the cable car ride down the mountain (a real highlight for my wife), all while taking photos and soaking in the scenery at our own pace. Nina made the logistics completely stress-free. Communication was excellent before and during the tour, and we felt well taken care of the entire time. Highly recommend this private tour if you want a smooth, flexible, and memorable Zhangjiajie experience. Thank you, Nina!
We had an amazing day. Beautiful Avatar mountains, seen from many different perspectives, in the morning; then Tianmenshan mountain in the afternoon. We dashed up the stairs and walked over the glass floor. A long day (ten hours) but outstanding scenery - world class! And all tickets and cars organized very well, hardly any waiting time despite substantial crowds.

We had a great experience with our tour guide Sunny. She speaks very good English and she is very knowledgeable regarding each place we visited. She is nice and has a friendly nature. She is a good person to be around. We felt very welcomed. The scenery was very well chosen, with the highlights of the tour really capturing our interest.
