An educational and tasty experience! The location of the tasting room right in Bologna city was ideal, since most of the balsamic vinegar production facilities are a car ride out of town (and we were travelling car-free). Our host explained the process of making, aging, blending and quality testing balsamic vinegar. We then got to taste and compare a range of this small company's products. Host was very knowledgeable.

This is a display of representative barrels and tasting with explanations and chance to purchase. The person explaining provided interesting information. After walking through the city to get there, it would have been nice to be able to sit for a while since it was all standing on two spots.

A lovely tour in a small group. The guide was very interesting and we learnt a lot about the process of balsamic vinegar production with an opportunity to buy some at the end of the tour.

Teresa was an excellent guide! Very informative! Well worth the trip from Parma! It was so fun to learn about how one of our favorite Italian tastes is made!
