Guide knew exactly where to stand each time, it was little rushing but glad we were able to see clearly. Glad I booked through Viator then struggling on our own, especially in very busy travel season

Excellent walking tour with guide, Angie! She knew exactly where to go to get the best views of the changing of the guard. We would have had no idea where to go if we tried to do this on our own. Go Team Angie!
Very crowded, hard to see if you aren't tall. Guide spoke very rapidly at low volume. I'd look for a tour with Bluetooth connection with in the future.
The tour was ok, nothing that you wouldn’t be able to or lookup on your own. Tour guide was kind, but having a total of 35 people makes it hard to maneuver through the crowds. If you weren’t being careful, you would be left.

John was our tour guide. He was very charismatic and kept the tour laughing. He was very knowledgeable about where we needed to be and at what times to have the best experience and photo/video opportunities. This was our fourth tour using viator in three different countries. Every tour and guide we have been partnered with has been exceptional especially for the price.

There is no access to the Palace or Westminster Abbey from this tour. Alan was a fantastic guide! He was honest, informative, and entertaining.
It was awesome !! Our funny, friendly and polite guide was very knowledgeable, his name is John. We were so lucky that he took us to Saint James palace where King Charles actually resides and he said , let’s stay here , I think the king is in his house because I see helicopters flying over and he usually leaves at around 11:00. Indeed , King Charles pases by in hi purple car and waved to all of us , my grandfather was super excited. He came on time and explained so many interesting facts in a funny way that had everyone engaged.
