Excellent. The driver picked us up at the hotel and was very polite. The guides during the tour were very knowledgeable about the history and were very kind.
Great tours within the package! At Teotihuacan Susanna was our tour guide and she was excellent. She was extremely knowledgeable, fun and helpful. She also help my mother find places to perch as she couldn't climb the steps. Wonderful experience!
It was very fun and I was able to get alot lf great pictures! We were up there for around 45 minutes? I believe? it was very pleasant, even with my fear of heights(which I remedied by simply not looking down.) it was very cool, temperature-wise, with the occasional blowing of the balloon's torch warming you up quite a bit. it was a rather full but not too crowded in each segment of the basket. staff were nice and occasionally funny. a pretty much perfect first balloon ride.
Very fun experience! The balloon ride was smooth and everything was well-planned. My family felt safe and even one person anxious about high heights felt safe and secure. The snacks and tea was a nice welcome touch and the drone photos and videos were great! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
