ヴァラーハ寺院は、ヴィシュヌ神に捧げられたプシュカルの古代寺院の 1 つです。この寺院は、ヴィシュヌ神の 8 つのスワヤンブ クシェトラの 1 つと考えられています。 ヴァラーハ寺院は、プリトヴィラージ チョーハン王の祖父であるアナジ チョーハン王によって 12 世紀に建てられ、その後ムガール帝国の統治者アウラングゼーブによって破壊されましたが、18 世紀にラジャ サワイ マン シン 2 世によって再び再建されました。 寺院は優雅な構造をしており、貴重な装飾品や石で装飾が施されています。

Excellent and moving day spent visiting temples in Pushkar. I learned a great deal about the Hindu religion and took part in a ceremony at Brahma ghat. Very special. Good thanks to Manish - my guide.

We visited Brahma temple and sacred lake Pushkar with Manish guide, and it was a wonderful experience. Manish was a wonderful guide. He always makes sure you're comfortable and happy and he explains everything in a clear and easy to understand manner. He teached us about the religious and spiritual side of Pushkar, about customs and religious rituals. He was really attentive with us, even we had a bit of a cold, me and my husband, he made sure we are comfortable and emulated the pace of the trip after us. His english skills are very good and he's more than happy to share any bit of valuable information with you! We def recommended him :)

Highly recommended. My best experience and guide during my whole trip in Rajastan. Manish is a great storyteller. Manish is the best guide you can have in Pushkar. He is very professional and explains many interesting things about Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism. The tour was excellent through the temples and streets of Pushkar, taking us into the culture of India and Pushkar. The tour ends with a visit to the Brahma temple and then with a ritual (if the person wants) in the sacred lake, something I 100% recommend. Simply excellent.
